I purchased a cover for my smoker directly from brinkmann for almost $30 with shipping. When I received I complained about the quality. "Well sir, our covers are guaranteed for 6 months with free replacement". It is extremely thin and the fit for oklahoma winds allows it to flap to the point of self destruction. The instructions for converting the Elite grill did not clearly identify that all that needed to be done was to take out the brass nozzles for propane. typical replacement grill parts to be ordered, it took 2 days for them to call me back (because their phone system is you call and leave a message, they call you back when they get to your number). DO NOT BUY A BRINKMANN BBQ!!! I bought one and it did not heat up. I contacted their "Customer Service" many times trying to find a solution. Oh my God, the words escape me for how to describe Brinkmann's horrible customer service!

This in itself is aggravating, but when you factor in Brinkmann's HORRIBLE customer service, the aggravation level reaches record heights.
