I purchased two BBQ grill covers (different sizes, different grills) on the same day in September, 2013. One was a Brinkman the other a Weber. They are on BBQ grills which sit side by side on my patio. The Weber cover still looks new and is the nice, dark black of the day I bought it. The Brinkman has faded badly and the thread holding the seams together has started to deteriorate and fall apart.... Read more

We have a new Brinkmann Electric smoker-grill, the red one, I've been trying for an hour to bring it up on your site so I can order a cover, but it's like Brinkmann didn't make it! Model # 810-7090-S What am I doing wrong ?? I do know I'm ready to return it to Home Depot, because I don't need this aggravation ! Since I am limited to 100 words or more simply go to Yelp and search Brinkmann Corporation Dallas TX. All you need to know is right there. Don't rely on Face Book, they will only delete your post and refuse to respond. Calling them is also useless...their phone lines are automated computers and it takes days for a return call. Worst customer service. How are they in business. I have called, emailed, called emailed and no response. I am trying to buy a simple replacement part for an outdoor electric grill. Will NEVER buy another product from this company. Another crappy American product designed as disposable for several hundred bucks. The crossover channels rust and break constantly. Some kind of cheap spot weld, then when you try to replace they can be broken before even installed succesfully. Brinkman has discontinued selling the channels, by the way. I have contacted customer service - 8 times. Our grill at the time of first contact was less than 1 year old this is the 5 burner with side burner sodona red model. Bought a gas grill and both end panels were severely damaged. Called customer service and Brinkmann WILL NOT allow you to wait for a representative on 7/3/12.....made me leave phone number for a callback. I placed a parts order on line with Brinkmans Grill. I needed to change the number of items I ordered. Brinkman has a customer service web page-- http://www.brinkmann.net/customer_service/contact_us.aspx It's both a phone number or a email. Neither one is worth a plugged nickle. I bought a grill at Home Depot and when we opened the box to put it together, we noticed that 2 of the 3 heat distribution plates were missing. I called the phone number for Brinkmann that is printed right on the grill. The only way to speak to someone is to leave your phone number on their automated service, where it instructs you that they will call you back in the order the call was received.... Read more

Brinkmann is a company that does not take care of the customer after the sale. Very poor customer service, they don't answer your request. Can't get parts for the grills. Requested parts from them 3 times and they don't respond. Don't buy unless you plan on throwing it away when you need a repair. These grills are sold at Home Centers and Walmart.
