Tried contacting Brinkmann concerning my grill and NONE of the telephone numbers I have found works. I'm having an issue with the smoker knob. It lights and works as long as I keep it held in but if I realsase it, it goes out.

DON'T buy a Brinkman Grill! It is a piece of *** and when you try to call customer service with a question the phone numbers listed are both disconnected. Guess everyone who bought a grill from them and expected customer service overwhelmed them. Here is a suggestion. Build a decent product not some cheap *** piece of ***. Just saying.
